This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not permitted on Eastall Software Systems services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use any Eastall service to:
- break the law, or facilitate illegal activity;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in phishing;
- host, distribute, or link to malware, ransomware, or other malicious code;
- infringe intellectual property or publish content you have no right to;
- harass, threaten, or harm others, or publish others' private information;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts, or probe our security without written permission; or
- knowingly interfere with the proper working of the services.
2. Hosting resource use
Eastall Cloud plans are subject to fair-use limits appropriate to the plan. You may not use shared resources in a way that degrades service for others — for example sustained CPU abuse, crypto mining, operating public proxies or open relays, or running background workloads a shared plan is not designed for. Where a workload needs more, we'll help you move to a suitable plan.
3. Content standards
Content you host or submit must not be unlawful, sexually exploitative of minors, or designed to deceive. We may remove content that violates this policy or the law, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
4. Security and authentication
When using Eastall Authentication or any account system, you must not misrepresent your identity, circumvent rate limits or multi-factor protections, or use the service to enable abuse of a third party.
5. Enforcement
We investigate suspected violations and may warn you, remove content, throttle or suspend a service, or terminate an account, depending on severity. Where there is a risk to people, systems, or other customers, we may act immediately and without notice.
6. Appeals
If you believe we acted in error, email abuse@eastall.software with your account details and an explanation. We will review the matter and respond.
7. Reporting abuse
To report a violation by someone using our services, contact abuse@eastall.software. Please include as much detail as possible so we can investigate quickly.
